Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase.

 

TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE: 

To start your authorized return or exchange, please visit our RETURNS & EXCHANGES PORTAL with your order # and the zip code associated with the order. Follow the step-by-step instructions.

NOTE: The PORTAL will generate a shipping label and return form.

1. Repackage garments you wish to return or exchange in a secure shipping package along with the Returns Form. Grit & Glory Outfitter shipping bags can be reused for returning items. The provided Return Form MUST be included in the package. 

2. Once we receive the package, our team will take care of the rest.

3. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returned items received in any other condition will be discarded and no refund or exchange will be issued.

4. No returns or exchanges after 30 days for any reason. 

Once the goods have been returned in accordance with the instructions above, your credit card, excluding shipping charges, will be credited.

If you requested an exchange, your new goods will be processed for shipment once the returned items are received and inspected. You will be notified & provided with tracking information when the replacement item(s) have shipped to you. 

We will need a little time to process your return or exchange after receiving it. For credit card refunds, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.

POLICY FOR ORDERS MARKED “UNDELIVERABLE” 

If our courier returns an order that is deemed “undeliverable" due to refusal of delivery or an incorrect address being supplied at the time the order is placed, the customer will need to contact customer service for a resolution.

For the purpose of this policy, the term "incorrect address" includes but is not limited to missing suite, apartment, building numbers, incorrect street, city, or state names, or any other missing or incorrect information that causes the order to be deemed undeliverable.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

Some of our items, such as all sale section items, are sold as final sale. Other promotions, vouchers, or codes may not be combined with sale section items or sample sale events. Sale section prices are for select styles and colors only and do not apply to other similar styles. Prices are valid only while supplies last.
